45 ml. – 1 ½ oz. Luxardo Amaretto di Saschira
30 ml. – 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
15 ml. – ½ oz. Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
1 egg white

Dry Shake + shake & double strain
