Orange is a fine orange marmalade with a high fruit content: 60 g of oranges for every 100 g of finished product.

Orange is not simply a sifted or strained marmalade because it retains cubes of orange zest while remaining easy to spread. Ideal for tarts, it is able to sustain oven temperatures up to 180°C - 356°F without boiling or releasing liquids and without staining the baking pan. No thickening agents, preservatives, or colourings are used. Oranges and sugar are the sole ingredients. Store into fridge after opening.

Taste it neat or accompanied by short pastry biscuits or cantuccini and all confectionery products based on short pastry (tarts, barchette, etc.). As an ingredient in on plate desserts, ice-cream cakes and ice cream based on meringues. As a topping in traditional gateaux. Excellent in fruit pies.
