Charlotte Luxardo is an aroma specifically designed to be used in cream cakes. In fact, these types of cakes can often be distasteful with an unpleasant "refrigerator flavour". Cream needs to be suitably "skimmed" with a slight addition of alcohol (which, furthermore, is unperceivable by the end consumer). Charlotte Luxardo can be used as a normal "soak" for the sponge layer of the cake to keep it soft and fragrant, or added to cream (8/12 cl. of pure 70° aroma per litre of product when whipping).

Charlotte Luxardo's aromatic ingredients include a distilled citrus base (bitter oranges from Curaçao, sweet oranges, mandarin and orange blossoms), a vanilla bourbon bean infusion and other components to round the taste. This is one of the most versatile aromas in the Luxardo assortment, mainly suited for cream cakes but also goes well with chocolate, vanilla and fruit in general.
