45 ml Amaretto di Saschira
4 wedges lime cut in halves
1 whole (cored) wheel cut in segments pineapple
15 ml gomme syrup
Float of Peruvian Pisco
Place the lime wedges and pineapple in a tumbler glass with gomme syrup and muddle briskly, then add ice and Amaretto, stir well and serve with a float of Pisco.
Edible flower and wheel of baby pineapple.
